  Billy listened to our needs and gently guided us through the whole sales process from beginning to delivery and we appreciated his after sales follow up. His manner is gentle and understanding, his knowledge is assuring and confident.
  
  Shellharbour’s sales centre presents with a feeling of calm, care and good vibe ambience. We found everyone we spoke to pleasant and approachable.

  Excellent customer service. Went out of their way to inform me of everything about the car to make sure I knew exactly what I was buying. When there was an issue with their computer system and that I’d been incorrectly informed that there was warranty on the car, instead of removing the warranty, they were open and honest of there mistake and provided warrantee for the car. The salesperson we dealt with, Billy, was friendly, personable and genuine and made the experience of purchasing a car a great one. Thanks Billy!!

  Very helpful, they looked at an issue I had with the car that another dealer had ignored when I had car service 12 months ago. The car was now out of warranty, I mentioned the problem to the customer service lady. She said they would take a look during the service. To my delight they found the problem and rectified it at no additional cost. The complementary wash and vacuum was also excellent.

  I purchased my brand new i30 sedan n from Shellharbour City Motors. I had a wonderful experience during the process of purchasing the car, the salesman Billy was nothing but helpful and kind! The finance manager Peter was extremely helpful as well and made it such an easy and comfortable experience purchasing from Shellharbour City Motors! Will always recommend to other!

  Quick service by the sales people although not always the cheapest price. Can get better deals from similar dealers in Sydney.
